You will explain options clearly, assist with digital forms, and maintain organized records while collaborating with a supportive remote team.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Professional, reliable, and well-organized.
• Comfortable using Zoom, email, online forms, and other basic digital tools.
• Able to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
• Willing to learn and receptive to coaching.
• Customer service, sales, or other people-focused experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with members through Zoom and phone appointments.
• Review available programs and answer member questions.
• Explain information clearly and professionally.
• Assist with digital applications and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized records.
• Follow up with members when additional assistance is needed.
• Work alongside a supportive remote team.
