As part of a collaborative team, you’ll schedule virtual appointments, answer questions, enroll members, and maintain accurate records—no cold calling. We provide training, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members who have requested benefit information.
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments.
• Learn about each member’s needs and priorities.
• Review and explain available benefit programs.
• Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information.
• Assist members with selecting appropriate options.
• Complete applications and required documentation.
• Maintain organized client records.
• Follow up with members when additional assistance is needed.
