DeWinter Group seeks a Meetings Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of a high-growth Meetings at Events program. This interim role requires owning meeting operations, event logistics, reporting, enablement, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams.

The position is remote for six months with travel required for on-site event execution, and is ideal for an experienced meetings or events professional who can operate with minimal ramp-up and document transition

Qualificações

• 4–5 years of experience in meetings, events, or program management within a B2B enterprise software environment.
• Experience owning day-to-day operations of a meetings or events program from intake through execution and follow-up.
• Ability to step into an established program with minimal ramp-up.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to produce leadership-ready recaps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create enablement materials, process documentation, guides, and program updates.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day execution of a high-growth Meetings at Events program.
• Own meeting operations, event logistics, reporting, enablement, and communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Marketing, Product, Sales, and event tech teams.
• Manage meeting-tool go-lives, setup, QA, and real-time changes.
• Handle venue logistics, room setup, attendee tracking, and F&B for on-site events.
• Produce post-event reports and insights for leadership.
