PUBLIC is seeking an Executive Meetings Manager to lead the full lifecycle of small group and executive meetings, combining sales and operations in a hybrid role.

You will manage inquiries, contracts, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up, partnering with hotel departments to ensure flawless service and revenue growth in a fast-paced environment. The role covers 10–45 guest rooms and requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in hotel sales, catering, or event management.
• Experience with hospitality CRM and PMS systems such as Delphi, StayNTouch, or Opera.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle sales and planning for small group programs and executive meetings.
• Respond to inquiries within SLAs (4–24 hours).
• Negotiate contracts to meet revenue goals.
• On-site coordination and problem solving.
• Coordinate room blocks, space, and F&B with teams.
• Prepare BEOs, floor plans, and group resumes.
• Identify opportunities to maximize profitability.
