Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Program Operations Manager for Meetings & Incentives to manage complex programs, coordinate timelines, and partner with planning, sourcing, finance, and technology teams for seamless execution in a fully remote role.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate meetings and incentives, CMP preferred, and strong skills in Cvent, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel; travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of corporate meetings and incentive planning experience.
• Pharmaceutical meetings or account experience preferred.
• Strong client service, vendor sourcing, and contract negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Cvent, Teams, PowerPoint; strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multiple programs, keeping timelines, approvals, and deliverables on track.
• Partner with planning, sourcing, finance, and technology teams to resolve issues and anticipate risks.
• Prepare performance reports and quarterly client review presentations.
• Review budgets, supplier comparisons, and client presentations for accuracy.
• Monitor records and program documentation; support billing reviews and cost savings reporting.
• Participate in site inspections, onsite program delivery, and post-event reviews.
