Goodwin Recruiting seeks a seasoned Program Operations Manager for Meetings & Incentives to orchestrate complex programs, build strong client partnerships, and oversee budgeting and reporting. This fully remote role supports domestic and international programs with a collaborative team serving high-profile corporate accounts.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in corporate meetings/incentive planning, pharma experience, and proficiency in Cvent, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate meetings and incentives planning experience
• Pharmaceutical meetings or account management experience required
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and vendor contracts
• Strong proficiency in Cvent, Teams, PowerPoint; advanced Excel skills
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple programs, keeping timelines, approvals, and deliverables on track
• Partner with planning, sourcing, finance, and technology teams to resolve issues and anticipate risks
• Prepare account performance reports and quarterly client review presentations
• Review planning materials, supplier comparisons, budgets, and client presentations for accuracy
• Monitor Cvent records, registration details, and program documentation
• Support final billing reviews, reconciliation, and cost savings reporting
• Participate in site inspections, onsite program delivery, and post-event reviews
