BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to resolve complex, time-sensitive issues and support ES 1.1x upgrades. You will troubleshoot from server to station, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain strong documentation in Salesforce.

The role requires SQL and Windows Server experience, with remote work from home options and a minimum in-office presence to support BD’s collaboration culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience
• SQL experience (2+ years) and ability to write queries (SELECT/JOINS) within complex DB structures
• Experience with SSIS exposure/experience and SQL Reporting Services
• Windows Server (2008+) and desktop administration (Win7+)
• Networking basics and terminology; familiarity with ports and security concepts
• Understanding of XML language and ability to review application/OS logs
• Ability to work flexible hours to support remediation team schedules
• Remote work from home office available with some in-office presence at times

Responsabilidades

• Provide CSC support for ES 1.1x upgrade and implementation
• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team for timely communication
• Adhere to regulatory requirements for ES 1.1x remediation
• Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x and troubleshoot support issues
• Ensure high-quality customer experience with timely case management
• Document case notes clearly and maintain data quality
