Siemens Healthineers is hiring a Velocity Sales Associate to drive outbound prospecting and qualify leads for the Northern Lakes/Chicago region. This remote role partners with field Account Executives to build a strong pipeline of opportunities in ambulatory surgery centers and imaging centers.

You will use CRM tools, communicate effectively with customers, and contribute to achieving daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs while supporting AEs throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Professional sales skills and willingness to further develop.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with proactive follow-up on leads.
• Resilient, coachable, consistent performance.
• Experience in the medical technology space.
• Able to identify customer needs and map to Siemens Healthineers solutions.
• Proficient using CRM systems such as Oracle Sales Cloud or similar.

Responsabilités

• Produce Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) to build pipeline via outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social) and follow up on MQLs from ambulatory centers.
• Qualify customers to meet SQL criteria.
• Consult with customers to identify needs and product opportunities.
• Use CRM and tools to plan calls, log activities, and schedule follow-ups.
• Hand-off warm SQLs to field Account Executives.
• Meet daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and support AEs in quota attainment.
• Stay informed on Siemens Healthineers products and updates.
• Foster internal relations to enable fast value delivery to customers.
• Support AEs during the sales process with research, materials, and network leverage.
• Identify regional customer trends and contribute to territory planning.
