Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Velocity Sales Associate to drive regional sales activity remotely within the Great Lakes/Ohio Valley region. You will generate SQLs, qualify prospects, and collaborate with AEs to convert leads into opportunities while staying current on product updates and market trends.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, CRM utilization, and cross‑functional teamwork to meet sales quotas in a fast‑paced MedTech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
• Professional sales skills (written and oral) and a desire to advance your sales skillset.
• Excellent communication skills; able to build relationships with key decision makers.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive lead follow-up.
• Resilient attitude, coachability and consistent performance.
• Experience in the medical technology space.
• Able to determine customer values/needs and recommend Siemens Healthineers solutions & services.
• Excellent presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a team environment with a performance-based culture.
• Able to leverage CRM to manage accounts; experience with Oracle Sales Cloud or equivalent.
• Advanced MS Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Produce SQLs and build pipeline via outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social).
• Qualify customers to meet SQL criteria and identify product opportunities.
• Consult with customers to uncover needs and pain points.
• Use CRM to plan, log activities, and schedule follow‑ups.
• Hand‑off warm SQLs to field AEs and support KPI targets.
• Stay informed with product and service updates; support territory planning.
• Collaborate with regional AEs and cross‑functional teams to deliver value.
• Conduct client research and prepare product communications as needed.
• Communicate insights and coordinate with field AEs on strategy.
• Perform well-organized prospecting and weekly strategy calls.
