Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager for MedSurg Professional Services & Customer Success to lead Endoscopy digital implementations across multiple stakeholders. You will translate clinical and technical requirements into executable plans, drive go-live readiness, and maintain customer confidence throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with IT, clinical teams, and vendors, coordinate activities, and manage risks to ensure successful project outcomes while enabling adoption and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare IT, medical-device implementation, SaaS, or project management.
• Experience leading multi-workstream customer-facing projects.
• Ability to develop plans, manage scope, schedule, and risks.
• Knowledge of IT systems, hospital IT practices, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake to closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Lead kickoffs, governance meetings, and go-live readiness reviews.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, sales, and vendors.
• Manage risks, issues, and escalation per governance procedures.
