Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Project Manager for MedSurg Professional Services & Customer Success to lead Endoscopy digital implementation projects. You will drive multi-disciplinary teams, translate clinical and technical needs into actionable plans, and maintain customer confidence through the lifecycle.

You will manage project plans, kickoffs, go-live readiness, and governance, coordinating internal teams, customers, and vendors to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, information technology, engineering, clinical sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, medical-device implementation, SaaS implementation, professional services, consulting, or related project management work.
• Experience leading complex customer-facing projects involving multiple technical, clinical, operational, or vendor workstreams.
• Demonstrated experience developing project plans, managing scope and schedule, coordinating stakeholders, tracking risks and issues, and reporting project status.
• Working knowledge of IT systems and processes, hospital IT practices, software and cloud infrastructure, and hardware/software deployment. Previous EHR integration or familiarity is highly preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, judgment, urgency, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project, service management, CRM, or related business systems.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake through closure, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, quality, adoption, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, workstream schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, communication plans, and status reports.
• Lead project kickoffs, governance meetings, technical and clinical workstreams, milestone reviews, go-live readiness reviews, and closeout activities.
• Serve as primary liaison among customers, internal teams, sales, clinical product specialists, service engineers, customer success, vendors, and line management.
• Plan and coordinate implementation activities for Endoscopy medical-device systems, including equipment, workstations, software, network products, and hospital infrastructure.
• Partner with client IT and clinical teams to confirm site readiness, requirements, access, connectivity, configuration, and deployment sequencing.
• Coordinate equipment setup, installation, testing, updates, and readiness activities per procedures and requirements.
• Guide activities through planning, implementation, training, go-live, stabilization, adoption, and closure with clear ownership of next steps.
