IQVIA in the United States is seeking a Project Manager for MedSurg Professional Services & Customer Success to lead Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake to close, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, quality, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

You will create and maintain project plans, lead governance and go‑live readiness activities, coordinate IT, clinical, vendor teams, and clearly communicate decisions and progress to customers and leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare IT, medical-device implementation, SaaS implementation, or related project management.
• Experience leading complex customer-facing projects with multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to develop plans, manage scope and schedule, track risks, and report status.
• Knowledge of IT systems, hospital IT practices, software/cloud infrastructure, and hardware/software deployment.
• Strong written/verbal/presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery of Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake through closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, workstream schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, communication plans, and status reports.
• Lead kickoffs, governance meetings, and go-live readiness reviews; manage project closeout activities.
• Serve as liaison among customers, internal teams, sales, clinical product specialists, service engineers, customer success, vendors, and management.
