Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting for a Project Manager, MedSurg Professional Services & Customer Success, to lead Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake to closure. You will coordinate technical, clinical, and operational workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, information technology, engineering, clinical sciences, or related fields is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare IT, medical-device implementation, SaaS implementation, professional services, or related project management.
• Experience leading complex customer-facing projects with multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing project plans, managing scope and schedule, coordinating stakeholders, tracking risks and issues.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, adoption, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, logs, communication plans, and status reports.
• Lead project kickoffs, governance meetings, and go-live readiness reviews; manage closeout activities.
• Serve as primary liaison among customers, internal teams, sales, clinical product specialists, service engineers, and vendors.
