• Diagnose and intake complex product issues using clinical expertise and product knowledge; serve as primary contact for USA and global affiliates.
• Advise internal stakeholders and external customers on product specifications and guide setup of interfacing platforms.
• Document call intake information in the JDE ERP system with accuracy.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Service, and Quality to resolve issues and support investigations.
