Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a technically skilled support specialist to assist customers across North America. You will respond to product, quality, and regulatory inquiries and collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, and Manufacturing teams.

You will develop training programs, deliver education to customers, and help promote product adoption while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio and supporting sales initiatives. Remote work with 50% travel is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical experience with medical devices or clinical plasma collection
• Experience in customer product integration and training
• Remote-based with ability to travel domestically up to 50%
• Bachelor's degree in biomedical, electrical, computer engineering or related technical field
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot product, application, and customer issues
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers within assigned territory, addressing product, quality, and application inquiries.
• Develop or deliver technical education and product training programs.
• Provide training to internal and external customers.
• Communicate success, best practices, and techniques to Product Applications, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of Haemonetics' product portfolio.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to promote product utilization.
• Provide technical representation during customer presentations, meetings, conferences, and seminars.
• Assist in providing technical, quality, and regulatory support for the portfolio.
• Support product implementations and customer onboarding with cross-functional teams.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for feedback and opportunities.
