Job summary

BD is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to handle inbound calls from doctors, nurses and pharmacies, document issues, and escalate where needed. You will be the first voice of our client experience, maintaining professional communication and accurate ticketing in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will have 1–5 years in technical or customer support, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and comfort with SQL Server and Windows environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–5 years in technical/customer support.
• Strong verbal and written communication; patient and organized.
• Exposure to SQL Server, SSIS, SQL Reporting Services and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the first voice for clients; handle inbound calls and document issues.
• Resolve incidents or escalate with appropriate urgency; log details accurately.
• Coordinate with field teams and ship replacements as needed; support installations.
