Job summary

BD is seeking a remote-based professional to support complex medical device issues within the Pacific and Mountain time zones. You will analyze incident data, diagnose clinical product problems, and guide customers through product interfacing platforms, documenting details in JDE ERP.

Requirements include a high school degree and at least 3 years in a clinical or healthcare setting. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical, healthcare, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess complex product malfunctions by analyzing incident platform parameters in critical care settings.
• Diagnose and intake complex product issues using clinical expertise and product knowledge, serving as primary contact for USA and occasional global affiliates.
• Advise internal stakeholders and external customers on product differentiation and specifications; guide setup of interfacing platforms.
• Document detailed call intake information in the JDE ERP system.
• Follow up with customers to obtain information or confirm product receipt for service.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Service, and Quality to resolve issues and assist in investigations.
• Assess and communicate financial charges related to service activities; gather PO or payment details to process orders.
• Generate transactions in JDE ERP (replacements, loaners, POs, updates).
• Provide and coordinate return shipment information to customers.
