Responsibilities

• Assess complex product malfunctions by analyzing incident data.
• Diagnose and intake issues using clinical knowledge; primary contact for USA.
• Advise internal/external stakeholders on product differentiation and setup.
• Document detailed call intake in the JDE ERP system.
• Follow up with customers to obtain information and confirm delivery.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Service, Quality to resolve issues.
• Assess and communicate service charges; collect PO or card info.
• Generate transactions in JDE ERP (replacements, POs, updates).
• Provide and coordinate return shipment information to customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
