Job summary

BD, a leading global medical technology company, seeks a Field Service Engineer to support BD Pyxis systems in hospitals across the region. This remote field-based role involves daily travel to customer sites, with a company vehicle provided and occasional overnight travel.

3-5 years Hardware/Software/IT experience supporting proprietary and standard applications.
24x7 on-call experience in a customer-facing/field service environment, required.
Must possess a valid driver's license and immunizations for customer site access.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site support for BD Pyxis systems in hospitals and healthcare sites within the region.
Respond to work orders, diagnose, service, and resolve hardware and software issues.
Implement preventive maintenance and support Sales/Implementation teams as applicable.
Document field activity, expenses, and time distribution accurately.
