Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acera Account Executive to drive territory sales in the Chicago area with remote work options. You will build relationships with surgeons and clinical staff, deliver product education, and support sales strategies across operating rooms and clinics.

You will analyze performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 80–90% domestically to achieve revenue goals. Base salary starts at $70,000 with commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and 1+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales or medical field sales.
• High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales or medical field sales.
• Current, valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Drive territory sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for Restrata and related products.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospitals and clinics.
• Provide product education and demonstrations in patient care settings, including operating rooms and clinics.
• Deliver a customer-first experience by addressing needs and providing compliant solutions.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional partners to achieve territory objectives.
