Solventum is seeking an Acera Senior Account Executive to drive sales of Restrata and related products in a defined US territory, with a primary focus on surgeons and OR teams. You will manage relationships across hospital departments and deliver clinical education and demonstrations.

The role requires 3+ years of medical device sales with OR exposure, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 90%. Base salary is $95,000 with commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 5+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales OR HS Diploma with 9+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams to drive adoption of Restrata and related product lines.
• Manage and grow sales of assigned products in a defined geographic territory with revenue targets.
• Develop territory business plans including clinical education, customer engagement, and forecasting and inventory management.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments.
