Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Senior Account Executive in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area to drive sales of the Acera portfolio and related products. You will build relationships with surgeons, clinicians and hospital decision-makers while executing territory plans and ensuring accurate forecasting.

The role requires filing a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 90% within the sales territory. A competitive base salary of $95,000 plus commission is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university with 5+ years in medical device/pharma sales.
• High School Diploma/GED plus 9+ years in medical device/pharma sales.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams to drive adoption of Restrata and related products with education and hands‑on intraoperative support.
• Manage and grow sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, meeting revenue and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute territory business plans with forecasting, reporting and inventory management.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians and decision-makers across hospital departments.
