USA SOLVENTUM MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a driven sales professional to expand the Acera Surgical portfolio across the defined territory. You will manage relationships with surgeons and clinical staff, deliver demonstrations, and support customers through the sales cycle.

The role requires up to 90% travel, remote work within Christina, DE, and a base salary of $95,000 with commission opportunities. Expect ongoing training, compliance, and collaboration with the Medical Surgical Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in medical device/pharma or medical sales.
• High school diploma with 9+ years in medical device/pharma or medical field sales.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, meeting revenue and growth objectives.
• Developing and executing territory business plans including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies.
• Building and sustaining trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments and sites of care.
• Delivering compliant product demonstrations, in-serving, and clinical support with accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
