Job summary

ChenMed is seeking a Medication Adherence Technician to engage with patients and providers to identify barriers to adherence, coordinate prescription processing, and support delivery of organized, understandable medication regimens. The role partners with clinical pharmacists and physicians to improve adherence outcomes.

The position emphasizes outbound outreach, data accuracy, and a proactive approach to removing adherence barriers, with additional travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or related experience accepted.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification or Medication Assistant preferred.
• At least 2 years in a pharmacy or call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals about medications and adherence.
• Remove barriers to ensure prescriptions are provided and coordinated.
• Assist with refills, synchronization, and 90-day supply requests.
• Process prescription requests and ensure accurate dispensing workflow.
• Support enrollment and initiation of medication delivery per adherence programs.
