• Alternative: 2+ years in a medication dispensing/pharmacy setting or call center.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals regarding medications and adherence.
• Remove barriers to ensure prescriptions are provided to patients.
• Coordinate processing of prescriptions with pharmacies and insurers; handle refills and 90-day supplies.
