Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is seeking remote Medicare Sales Agents to support clients nationwide. This fully remote role focuses on guiding seniors through Medicare enrollment, understanding plan options, and delivering clear, accurate information to help customers make confident decisions.

You will work with inbound leads, stay updated on Medicare rules, and collaborate with a supportive team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active Health Insurance License in resident state prior to start date.
• AHIP certification preferred.
• Medicare LOA required for residents of North Carolina.
• 1+ years experience in sales, insurance, healthcare, call center, or related environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective Medicare beneficiaries.
• Explain Medicare plan options, benefits, and coverage differences clearly.
• Guide customers through enrollment and complete applications accurately.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare regulations and carrier products.
• Partner with team members to support customer satisfaction and sales goals.
