Job summary

Gallagher is hiring remote Medicare Sales Agents across the United States. The role focuses on helping seniors compare and enroll in Medicare plans with guidance, empathy, and product knowledge.

You will work with inbound leads, collaborate with a supportive team, and stay up-to-date on regulations to deliver exceptional customer experience. This fully remote opportunity requires a health insurance license and AHIP certification where applicable, with private workspace and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active Health Insurance License in resident state prior to start date, maintained in good standing.
• AHIP certification preferred.
• Medicare LOA required for residents of North Carolina.
• 1+ years experience in sales, insurance, healthcare, call center, or related environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust through phone‑based conversations.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and customer-friendly.
• Dedicated private workspace and reliable hardwired internet connection for business use.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective Medicare beneficiaries.
• Explain Medicare plan options, benefits, and coverage differences clearly.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process and complete applications accurately.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare regulations, carrier products, and industry updates.
• Partner with team members and leaders to support customer satisfaction and sales goals.
