Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is hiring remote Medicare Sales Agents nationwide. You will help individuals navigate Medicare options, guiding enrollment and ensuring a clear understanding of benefits, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role supports clients through inbound leads, collaborating with a supportive team, while staying up-to-date on Medicare products and regulations to drive accurate guidance and sales success.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active Health Insurance License in your resident state prior to start date, maintained in good standing.
• AHIP certification preferred.
• Medicare LOA required for residents of North Carolina.
• 1+ years experience in sales, insurance, healthcare, call center, or related environment preferred.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust via phone-based conversations.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and customer-friendly.
• Commitment to high-quality customer experience and informed decisions.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and document interactions accurately.
• Ability to meet individual performance and sales goals in fast-paced environment.
