Gallagher Benefit Services, part of Gallagher, is hiring remote Medicare Sales Agents to help individuals navigate Medicare options across the USA. This fully remote role focuses on advising seniors, explaining plan differences, and guiding enrollment with inbound leads and a collaborative team.

You’ll stay up-to-date on Medicare products and regulations while delivering accurate guidance and an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active Health Insurance License in your resident state prior to start date, maintained in good standing.
• AHIP certification preferred.
• Medicare LOA required for residents of North Carolina.

Responsabilités

• Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective Medicare beneficiaries.
• Explain Medicare plan options, benefits, and coverage differences clearly.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process and complete applications accurately.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare regulations, carrier products, and industry updates.
• Partner with team members and leaders to support customer satisfaction and sales goals.
