Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is hiring remote Medicare Sales Agents to support clients across the USA. This fully remote role focuses on helping individuals compare Medicare plans and enroll in coverage, guided by inbound leads and a knowledgeable team.

You will explain plan options clearly, navigate enrollment steps, and stay up-to-date on Medicare regulations. A strong customer-focused mindset and ability to meet sales goals are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active Health Insurance License in resident state prior to start.
• AHIP certification preferred.
• Medicare Line of Authority (LOA) required for NC residents.
• 1+ years of sales, insurance, healthcare, call center, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and build rapport.
• Ability to meet sales goals in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective Medicare beneficiaries.
• Explain Medicare plan options and coverage differences clearly.
• Guide customers through enrollment and complete applications accurately.
• Respond to questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare regulations and carrier products.
• Partner with team members to support customer satisfaction and sales goals.
