Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, in partnership with Your Way Insurance, is seeking remote Medicare Sales Agents across the USA. This fully remote role offers flexibility and an opportunity to impact seniors' healthcare decisions.

You will work with inbound leads, explain plan options, and guide enrollment while maintaining regulatory knowledge. Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma, licensure, and strong communication skills; AHIP preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in insurance or healthcare settings.
• Ability to explain complex insurance options clearly.
• Familiarity with Medicare products and enrollment processes.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based consultations and qualify inbound Medicare leads.
• Explain plan options, benefits, and coverage differences clearly.
• Guide customers through enrollment and complete applications accurately.
