Job summary

Gallagher is hiring remote Medicare Sales Agents across the United States. You will engage qualified inbound leads, explain Medicare options clearly, and guide customers to the plan that best fits their needs while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll work with a supportive team, stay current on Medicare products and regulations, and contribute to sales goals from a home-based workspace with reliable internet and a private setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active Health Insurance License in resident state prior to start date, maintained in good standing.
• AHIP certification preferred.
• Medicare LOA required for North Carolina residents.
• 1+ years experience in sales, insurance, healthcare, call center, or related environment preferred.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust via phone conversations.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to customers.
• Commitment to high-quality customer experience and informed decision-making.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and document customer interactions.
• Private workspace with reliable internet required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective Medicare beneficiaries.
• Explain Medicare plan options, benefits, and coverage differences clearly.
• Guide customers through enrollment and complete applications accurately.
• Respond to customer questions in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare regulations, carrier products, and industry updates.
• Partner with team members to support customer satisfaction and sales goals.
