Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Medicare Field Sales Agent to educate and enroll members in Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings. This field-based role requires residing in the designated territory and building trusted relationships through in-home visits, community events, and local outreach.

You will use company-provided iPads and digital tools to support consultations, enrollments, and CRM updates while meeting performance goals and contributing to Humana's growth in your community.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain before start date.
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.
• Proficient with iPads, mobile apps and web-based systems in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings.
• Create meaningful connections through grassroots marketing, events, and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals; expand Humana presence in the market.
• Utilize company-issued iPads and digital platforms to support consultations, enrollments and CRM updates.
