Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Professionals to join a field-based team serving local communities. This role emphasizes in-home visits, community events, and face-to-face education about Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.

You will work with a Senior Manager and Regional Director, build trusted relationships, meet performance goals, and utilize iPads and CRM tools to document enrollments and follow-ups.

Competenze

• Must reside in designated territory to serve the community.
• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state requirements.
• Proficient with iPads and multiple digital platforms for enrollments and CRM updates.

• Deliver Medicare Advantage education and enrollments to members and prospects.
• Differentiate Humana through grassroots marketing and in-home visits.
• Grow pilot markets by driving self-generated sales and expanding Humana’s presence.
