Job summary

Legion Health is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support patients during the early care journey. This non-clinical role focuses on warm communication, scheduling, messaging, and coordination across teams, with a strong emphasis on English fluency and empathy.

You'll handle patient outreach, onboarding tasks, and documentation while navigating ADHD-related intake needs and non-clinical workflows in a fast-paced startup. Fully remote, CST evening hours support US patients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare operations or patient support.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Experience with US healthcare workflows is a plus.
• Pharmacy or clinical background is desirable but not required.
• Familiarity with ADHD intake coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new patient leads and booked patients quickly across phone, messaging, and internal systems.
• Communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally in English.
• Provide patient welcome and explain what to expect before first appointment.
• Assist with scheduling, intake completion, and onboarding tasks.
• Monitor missing paperwork and blockers before care.
• Support patient access workflows across signups and referrals.
• Document patient interactions accurately for team context.
• Follow SOPs while identifying workflow improvements.
• Maintain fast response times and proactive follow-through.
• Share recurring issues with operations and clinical teams.
