HelpSquad is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to support a psychiatric practice, handling patient calls, appointment coordination, and intake guidance. This remote, full-time role requires clear communication, accurate documentation, and compassionate patient support.

You will guide patients through intake forms, explain policies, and assist with online documents while ensuring smooth Zoom connections and payment verification in Charm Health.

Formación

• Direct hands-on psychiatric practice front desk experience is required.
• Familiarity with psychiatric medications and common anxiety treatments.
• Knowledge of insurance concepts and benefits verification.
• Experience with electronic medical records, preferably Charm Health, and RingCentral.
• Strong verbal communication, professionalism, and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls, identify patient needs, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Guide patients through the intake process and complete required paperwork.
• Assist with online forms such as medication history and other intake information.
• Explain policies such as cancellations and ensure patient understanding.
• Follow up with patients regarding late or missed Zoom appointments and assist with connections.
• Verify payments in Charm Health and flag overdue payments for follow-up.
