Responsibilities

• Create schedules for all clinical specialties.
• Maintain rotation of facilities and patient visits across locations.
• Schedule multiple specialties with multiple providers.
• Obtain physician orders for patient treatment.
• Stay current with EMR functionality and processes.
• Work under time restraints and follow multi-step processes.
• Use electronic health record system for scheduling.
• Check eligibility for each resident and submit prior authorizations when applicable.
• Follow up with facilities and field staff via email and phone.
• Assist daily operations and adhere to policy updates.
