Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Regional Scheduler to manage and optimize schedules across 15+ locations from a fully remote position. This role demands strong organization, communication, and problem-solving to coordinate teammates and adapt to changing staffing needs.

You will train leaders, audit schedules, and drive best practices for timely patient access. Responsibilities include maintaining center schedules, managing cross-center coverage, and reporting to regional leaders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative / operational experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Available Monday-Friday 5:00am-2:00pm (regional scheduling).
• Manage daily callouts across 15+ locations.
• Oversee cross-center coverage for 15+ locations.
• Maintain/update center schedules and staffing tracker.
• Train onboarding of new leaders into scheduling processes.
• Audit schedules and drive scheduling best practices.
• Keep regional leadership informed of critical activity and needs.
• Identify tools improvements and training materials.
