Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Prior ROI/PHI handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient with computer applications and web-based systems.
• Experience entering data into computer systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process ROI requests for patient medical records and determine records to release per HIPAA guidelines.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and secure messages from requesters.
• Log requests into Exchange Manager and upload/index records.
• Adhere to HIPAA privacy and security policies and MRO remote work requirements.
• Participate in virtual meetings and trainings via video tools.
