MRO is seeking a Remote ROI Specialist to provide remote support for healthcare clients by processing Release of Information requests for patient records. This fully remote role requires reviewing requests, determining records to release under HIPAA, and securely accessing patient data from approved EHR sources.

You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, or secure messages, log and index requests in Exchange Manager, and transmit information securely.

Qualifications

• HIPAA guidelines-based release of information handling.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with computer applications and web-based systems.
• Experience entering data and using the internet.
