Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Release of Information in a physician's office or HIM is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and productivity.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process ROI requests in accordance with HIPAA and client policies.
• Access and review patient data from EHR systems to determine release scope.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and secure messaging.
• Log and index ROI requests in Exchange Manager; meet production goals.
• Maintain a private workspace and comply with MRO security requirements.
