Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process ROI requests and determine records to release per HIPAA guidelines.
• Access patient data from client EHR systems and other sources securely.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and secure messages.
• Log requests into Exchange Manager and upload/index records.
• Work remotely, using VPN and secure access methods to protect PHI.
