Job summary

The American Red Cross seeks an MD/DO with Board Certification in Transfusion Medicine or Hematology/Oncology to lead the Therapeutic and Cellular Solutions medical program remotely. You will guide clinical strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to advance cellular therapies.

Qualifications

MD/DO with Board Certification in Transfusion Medicine or Hematology/Oncology is required.
Extensive leadership in program development for cellular therapies is preferred.
Experience with regulatory accreditation processes (FACT) is essential.

Responsibilities

Provide medical leadership for regulatory-compliant cellular therapy programs.
Oversee medical aspects of donor management, product investigations, and adverse events.
Lead collaborations with hospital partners, biotech collaborators, and regulatory bodies.
