Job summary

The role combines medical office leadership (50%) with regional medical oversight (50%), collaborates with executives, drives program development, and represents the medical office on national committees. Travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in transfusion medicine or hematology/oncology.
• Leadership experience in expanding clinical programs and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical strategy and operations for regulated cellular therapies (HPCs, CAR-T).
• Lead regulatory, donor eligibility, and product standards.
• Represent medical office on committees; liaise with biotech partners.
