Concierge Home Care is hiring for a remote Customer Service Specialist to support the office and clinical teams from home. You will handle phones, greet visitors, manage mail and packages, and oversee office supplies while maintaining HIPAA-compliant work practices.

The role requires at least some college, one year of medical office experience, and experience with prior authorizations through Availity, UnitedHealthcare, and CoverMyMeds.

Qualifications

• Some college (required).
• One year of medical office experience (required), including front-of-office doctor office experience (check-in/check-out) and answering phones.
• Prior authorization experience through Availity, United Healthcare portal, and CoverMyMeds.
• Ability to work in a high-call environment.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Must have strong WIFI home connection.
• HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide general office support and handle clerical tasks.
• Answer and screen incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate associate or voicemail.
• Greet and assist company guests and visitors.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and publications.
• Sign for and distribute package deliveries.
• Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies as needed.
