The role requires at least some college and one year of medical office experience, plus familiarity with prior authorizations. Strong communication, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

Responsibilities

Location:

This position is based in Lake Mary, FL and is an in-office opportunity. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist:
