Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Villages, FL is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for an in-office role Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will handle general clerical tasks, calls, guest introductions, mail, packages, and supply management to maintain smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have at least some college, 1 year of medical office experience (including front desk and phone duties), and experience with eClinicalWorks.

Qualifications

• Some college is required.
• One year of medical office experience, including front-of-office check-in/check-out and answering phones.
• Prior authorization experience with Availity, United Healthcare portal, and CoverMyMeds.
• Ability to work in a high-call environment.
• eClinicalWorks experience.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
