Qualifications

• Some college is required.
• One year of medical office experience (front desk/check-in/check-out) is required.
• Experience with prior authorization through Availity, UnitedHealthcare portal, and CoverMyMeds is preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-call environment and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide general office support and assist with clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Answer and screen incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate associate or voicemail.
• Greet and assist company guests and visitors.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and publications.
• Sign for and distribute package deliveries.
• Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies as needed.
