Job summary

Concierge Home Care, based in Orlando West, seeks a Customer Service Specialist for an in-office role. The position runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, handling general office duties, calls, reception, mail, and supply management to keep daily operations smooth and patient-focused.

The ideal candidate has at least some college, one year of medical office experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Prior authorizations experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of medical office experience (required), including front-of-office check-in/check-out and answering phones.
• Prior authorization experience through Availity, United Healthcare portal, and CoverMyMeds.
• Ability to work in a high-call environment and stay organized.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide general office support and clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Answer and screen incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate associate or voicemail.
• Greet and assist company guests and visitors.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and publications.
• Sign for and distribute package deliveries.
• Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies as needed.
