Qualifications

• Prior authorization experience through Availity, United Healthcare portal, and CoverMyMeds.
• Ability to work in a high-call environment with strong communication.
• Highly organized and able to multitask with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide general office support and handle clerical tasks for smooth operations.
• Answer and screen incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate associate or voicemail.
• Greet and assist company guests and visitors.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and publications.
• Sign for and distribute package deliveries.
• Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies as needed.
